Javier Ripa Jiménez (Barakaldo, Bizkaia, 1965eko azaroaren 26a - ) marrazkilaria da.
Arte Ederrak ikasi zituen EHUn. Deia, El País, El Periódico de Cataluña, El Jueves eta El Karma, Rumble, Quevedos eta RSF argitalpenetarako egin ditu binetak, besteak beste.
Umorezko bi liburu argitaratu ditu Josetxu Rodriguezekin batera: "Seguiremos dando guerra" (2003) eta "Para muestra y Borbón" (2004)
Quevedos aldizkariaren eta RSF erakundeek antolatutako erakusketetan parte hartu du, azken honetan “Humoristas gráficos por la libertad de expresión y de prensa 2011” izenekoan. "Tirabirak/Tiras que aflojan" transmedia proiektuaren erakusketan hartu du parte (2016).
Radio Euskadin eta ETBn tertulia kide gisa aritu izan da.
