Jean-Louis Azarete (Urruña, 1945eko maiatzaren 8a - Baiona, 2020ko abenduaren 20a) lapurtar errugbilaria izan zen. Oletan jaio zen, Urruñako auzo batean. Pilota jokalaria bere hastapenetan, Saint-Jean-de-Luz Olympique taldean hasi zen errugbian. 1965 eta 1971 artean US Dax taldean jokatu zuen; taldearekin Yves du Manoir errugbi txapelketa irabazi zuen 1968an. Frantziako errugbi selekzioan 28 aldiz jokatu zuen harroin postuan. Bost Nazioen Txapelketa irabazi zuen 1970ean. Bere azken denboraldia Stade Hendayaisen jokatu zuen.[1]
