Jesús Rodero Molinero (Milagro, 1930- Iruñea, 2013ko abenduaren 22a) sukaldari, gastronomo eta enpresaburu nafarra izan zen.
Biografia
Gaztetan, arrebarekin batera Bartzelonara joan zen. Eskolapioetan hasi zen harrikoa eginez. Soldadutzan jada sukaldari moduan aritu zen. 1975ean, Resu Armendaritz emaztearekin batera, bere abizena duen jatetxea sortu zuen,[1] Nafarroan nouvelle cuisine eratu eta 1994an Michelin Gidako izar bat lortu zuena. 1986an, Bartzelonan Maitetxu jatetxea eratu zuen, Maite Armendaritz bere koinataren eskuetan dagoena.
