Jorge Ballesteros Fernández (Donostia, Gipuzkoa, 1983ko maiatzaren 27a - Madril, 2023ko urtarrilaren 10a) gipuzkoar kirol-tiratzaile eta Espainiako Polizia Nazionaleko poliziakidea izan zen. 2017an Nazioarteko Tiro Praktiko Federazioaren Su Arma Laburren Munduko Tiro Lehiaketan urrezko domina irabazi zuen maila irekian (open). Horrez gain, hiru aldiz irabazi zuen Su Arma Laburren Europako Tiro Txapelketa maila irekian: 2013an, 2016an eta 2019an.
2023ko urtarrilaren 10ean buruan tiro bat jasota hil zen, parking batean.[1]
