Kolenkima
Botanikan, kolenkima landare gazte eta belarkaretan dagoen euste-ehuna da. Zurtoin gazteei, pezioloei eta hostoen nerbioei malgutasuna ematen die. Oro har, banaketa subepidermikoa izaten du, ehun epidermikoaren azpitik.
Esklerenkima ez bezala, zelula helduek, luzatuek, uretan eta hemizelulosan aberatsak direnek osatzen dute. Zelula horiek distiratsuak dira mikroskopio optikoan, eta zelulosaz eta pektinaz osatutako zelula-horma lodia dute. Hasierako hormak zabalxeagoak dira zenbait tokitan, eta zitoplasmak kloroplastoak eta kristalak dituzten bakuoloak izan ditzake.[1]
Hainbat kolenkima-mota daude, zelulen formaren eta hormen lodieraren kokapenaren arabera:
- Angularra: angeluak loditzen dira.
- Tangentziala, laminarra edo lamelarra: horma tangentzialak edo periklinalak lodituta.
- Lagunarra: zelularteko espazioa mugatzen duten paretak loditzen dira.
- Masiboa: deribatu forma, horma guztietan lodiera handia duena.
Zelula-hormaren ezaugarriengatik, erresistentzia handia du zanpaketa kasuan, landareari erresistentzia mekanikoa eta segurua ziurtatzen diona.[2]
