Kopais aintzira (grekera zaharrean: Kopais, Κωπαΐς; grekera modernoan: Kopaida, Κωπαΐδα), batzuetan Zefisian aintzira izenez ezaguna, laku zingiratsu zabala izan zen, 3-5 metroko sakonerakoa, eta 328 km inguruko azalera, Beoziako eskualdean, Greziaren erdialdean. Lakuak erregimen hidriko aldakorra zuen, eta udan zenbait hezegune eta padura lohitsutara murrizten zen, udazkeneko euriteek betetzen zuten arte.
