Latke (yiddishez: לאַטקעס) patata eta tipula pasta frijitu bat da, gastronomia juduan ohikoa eta beste plater batzuen osagarri gisa erabiltzen dena. Tradizio juduan, Hanukaren jaietako platera da. Israelen “levivot” (singularra: leviva) deitzen zaie.

Badira patata frijituak xerratan edo zatitan (patata-kauserak) dituzten aldaerak. Ezin dira errezeta judu tipikotzat hartu, Europa ekialdetik etorriak baitira; plater horren aldaera asko daude, adibidez, Placki Wegierskie, jatorri poloniarrekoa edo draniki, jatorri bielorrusiarrekoa.
