Le Moustier (okzitanieraz: Lo Mostièr) Okzitaniako Périgord eskualde historikoko Peyzac-le-Moustier udalerrian (Frantziako Dordoina departamendua) dagoen aztarnategi arkeologikoa da, bi harpez osaturik dagoena. Mousteriar tresneriak Le Moustier izena du, 1863tik aurrera Henry Christy ingelesak eta Édouard Lartet frantziarrak induskatua izan zena.
1909an bertan Homo neanderthalensisen buruhezur bat topatu zuten, 45.000 urte inguru zuena.[1]
1979an UNESCOk Gizateriaren Ondare izendaturiko Vézère ibarreko Historiaurreko Guneak eta Leize Apainduak multzoan dago.
