Loukaniko (grezieraz: λουκάνικο) Grezian egiten den lukainka mota bat da, txerri edo arkume haragiarekin, eta normalki laranja azalarekin, mihiluarekin eta beste espezia batzuekin. Maiz, beste belar batzuk botatzen zaizkio eta ketzen da, zaporea emateko. Ohikoa da porruekin jatea[1]. Bazkari batean lehen plater gisa atera ohi da, moztuta eta frijitua, batzuetan saganakiarekin.
Izena Antzinako Erromako gastronomiako lucanicatik dator, Italiako Lucania eskualdean egiten zen hestebete bat. IV. mendean jada Grezian erabiltzen zen izena.
