Loukozoa (grezieratik loukos: kobazulo[1]) Excavataren barruko talde parafiletiko bat da, tradizionalki protista taldearen barruan sartu dena.[2][3]
Loukozoaren barruko talderik handiena Jakobea da. Bere barruan ere Malawimonas taldea sailkatzen da. Bi hauek oso antzekoak badira ere, ez dute harreman berezirik Excavataren barruan eta, beraz, talde parafiletikoa da. Ziurenik Jakobea taldea Heterolobosea eta Euglenozoaren ahaide gertukoa da.[4]
