Luis Orgaz Ioldi (Gasteiz, 1881eko maiatzaren 28a - Madril, 1946ko urtarrilaren 31a) arabar militarra izan zen. 1936ko uztailaren 17 eta 18an Espainiako Bigarren Errepublikaren aurka altxatu zirenetako bat izan zen.
Monarkiko sutsua, 1931n Manuel Azañak atxilotu eta Kanarietan erbesteratu zuen. Emilio Molaren laguna, Espainiako Bigarren Errepublikaren aurkako altxamendua antolatu zutenetako bat izan zen. Gerran Francoren alde egin zuen eta Jaramako guduan buruzagietako bat izan zen.
Gerra ostean, Marokoko Protektoratu Espainiarrean buruzagi nagusia izan zen. Estatu-kolpe monarkiko antolatzeagatik kargutik kendu zioten.
