Luis Roldán Ibáñez (Zaragoza, 1943ko abuztuaren 16a – ibidem, 2022ko martxoaren 24a) espainiar politikaria izan zen.
Espainiako Langileen Alderdi Sozialistaren kidea, Nafarroako gobernuaren ordezkari izendatu zuten 1982an. 1986an goardia zibilaren zuzendari bihurtu zen. 1993an Diario 16 egunkariak salatua, Espainiatik ihes egin zuen. 1995ean atxilotua, hiru urte georago Ogasun Publikoaren aurkako zenbait delitugatik kondenatua izan zen.[1]
