Luís Severino de Almeida Cabral (Bissau, 1931ko apirilaren 11- Torres Vedras, 2009ko maiatzaren 30a) Ginea Bissauko lehenbiziko presidentea izan zen. 1956an Ginea eta Cabo Verderen Independentziarako Afrikako Alderdia (PAIGC)ko sei sortzaileetako bat izan zen. Alderdiko lider bihurtu zen bere anaia Amilcar Cabral hil ondoren eta 1974an, herrialdeko presidentea. Bere jatorri caboverdetarrak errezeloak sortu zituen alderdiko sektore batzuetan eta 1980ko azaroaren 4an João Bernardo Vieirak kargutik kendu zen estatu-kolpe batean. Hamahiruko hilabeteko espetxealdiaren ondoren, erbesteratzera behartu zuten eta Portugalen hil zen.
