Mantekadoa[1] (gaztelaniaz: mantecado) espainiar gozogintzako gozoki tipikoa da, txerri-gantzez oratua eta urteko edozein sasoitan, batez ere Gabonetan, kontsumitzen dena.
Bere jatorria andaluziarra da, batzuen esanetan Estepakoa eta beste batzuenetan Antequerakoa. Bere ospeari esker, Espainiako beste eskualde eta herri batzuetara hedatu da. Edonola ere, mantekadoaren jatorria XVI. mendekoa da, Andaluziako alde horretan zereal eta txerri-gantz soberakinak zeudelako.
