Matadi Kongoko Errepublika Demokratikoko hiri eta portua da, Kongo-Central probintziako hiriburua. 2004an 245.862 biztanle zituen. Kongo ibaiaren ezkerraldeko ertz batean dago, eta honaino da ibaia nabigagarria, Atlantikoko bokaletik, 156 bat kilometrora. Henry Morton Stanleyk sortu zuen 1879an.
