Michael Francis Lane (Cork, 1926ko urriaren 3a – ibidem, 2025eko azaroaren 9) irlandar hamabosteko errugbilaria izan zen, hegaleko postuan aritzen zena.
University College Cork RFC eta Munster Rugbyrekin jokatu zuen.
