Minijob
Minijob edo minilanak euskaraz soldata baxuko lanpostu mota bat izendatzeko erabilitako terminoa da. 2003 urtean ezarri ziren lehen aldiz Alemanian. Han 400 eurotik beherako lanpostuak dira, langileak bete beharreko ordu kopuruari buruz inongo murrizketarik gabe. Gizarte Segurantzako kuotarik ez dute ordaintzen. Milioika langilek jarduten duten Alemanian minijob motako kontratuekin eta Alemania 2008 urtean hasitako krisialdi ekonomikoari aurre egiteko neurri arrakastatsutzat jo izan da ekonomialari zenbaiten aldetik eta eredutzat hartu da beste herrialde batzuetan ezartzeko, hala nola langabezia tasa handiak jotako Espainian. Beste batzuen iritziz, ordea, langileen eskubideen aurkako kontratua da, esklabotzatik gertuko egoeretara eraman dezakeena.
