Mugaritz Errenteriako Perurena mendian dagoen jatetxea da, 2 Michelin izar dituena.[1] Bertoko sukaldariburua Andoni Luis Aduriz da. Restaurant aldizkariak 2007an munduko zazpigarren, 2008an munduko laugarren eta 2011n munduko hirugarren jatetxerik onena dela dio.[2]
2010eko otsailaren 15eko goizaldean[3] zirkuitulabur betek sortutako sute batek bere sukaldea erre zuen[4] eta jatetxea lau hilabetez itxi behar izan zuten.
