N-5 errepidea (lehenago N-V), Madrildik Portugalgo mugarako errepidea zen 20. mendean, Espainiako errepide nazionalen sareko erradial nagusien bostgarrena zenbakiz.
Bere jatorrizko ibilbidea Madrildik abiatzen zen eta Toledo eta Caceres probintziak zeharkatuz Portugalgo mugaraino iristen zen, Badajoz hiritik gertu igaroz. Portugalgo Caia herrian EN-4 errepide nazional portugaldarraren lotzen zen.
21. mendean, bere bide ia osoa E-90 (A-5) errepideak ordezkatu du, baina geratu dira zati batzuk hirietako ingurabide batzuen ondorioz N-5 izenarekin.[1]
