Naissaar (suedieraz: Nargö; alemanez: Nargen) Baltikoko uhartea da, Finlandiako golkoan, kontinentetik 8,5 kilometrotara dagoena. Uhartea estoniar subiranotasunaren menpe dago, Harjuko konderriako Viimsi parrokiaren parte izanda. Guztira 18,6 km²-ko azalera du.
Bigarren Mundu Gerra baino lehen, 450 suedo-estoniarrak bertan bizi ziren. Sobietar agintaldian, base-militar bat izan zuen. Orduan Naissaare izeneko herri batean bildu zen. 2011n, hiru herri historikotan banatu zituzten: Lõunaküla (Storbyn), Tagaküla (Bakbyn) eta Väikeheinamaa (Lillängin) hain zuzen ere.[1] Egun, eremua parke naturalaren parte da.
