Neferu (euskaraz: Edertasuna) Egiptoko XII. Dinastiako erregina bat izan zen. Amenemhat I.aren (K. a. 1991-1962) alaba, Sesostris I.aren (K. a. 1971-1926) arreba-emaztea eta Amenemhat II.aren ama izan zen.
Neferu III.a Amenemhat I.aren lau seme-alabetako bat zen. Bere anaia Sesostrisekin ezkondu zen, eta ezagutzen denez, haren emazte bakarra izan zen. Sesostrisen emazte gisa aipatzen da Sinuhéren Istorioa izeneko lanean. Bere izena Lisht-en aitak eraikitako piramidean agertzen da, baita bere semearen Serabit el-Khadimeko kapera batean ere, Sesostris I.aren omenez eraikia. Bere senarraren piramide konplexuan piramide bat izan zuen, baina litekeena da bertan lurperatua ez izana, eta horren ordez, Dahshur-en, bere semearen ondoan, ehorztuta egotea.[1]
