Sintesia
Nirbanola sintetizatzeko uretan disolbatutako propiofenona eta amonio karbonatozko nahaste bat potasio zianuroarekin tratatzen da etanoletan errefluxuan. Erreakzioaren emaitza izotzetan hoztuz gero nirbanola % 66ko etekinarekin lortzen da hauspeakin gisa[3].
