Olaeta Argentinako Córdoba probintziako hego-erdialdean dagoen herri eta udalerri bat da, Juárez Celman departamenduan dagoena; Probintziako hiriburua den Córdoba hiritik 210 km-ra, 11. bide probintzialean (Córdoba)
Merkataritza, nekazaritza zentroa (kakahueteak, soja, artoa) eta agroindustria-unitate indartsua.
1000 biztanle (2010) eta horrek % 18,7ko hazkundea suposatzen du aurreko erroldako 471 biztanleekiko (1991).
Lurralde aberatsa da Panpa Hezea eskualdean duen emankortasunagatik, horrela nekazaritza eta abeltzaintza estentsiboa egiteko aukera du.
