Panzerkampfwagen IV (PzKpfw IV), ezagunagoa Panzer IV izenez, 1930eko hamarkadaren amaieraldera Alemaniak ekoitzitako tanke modelo bat izan zen. Bigarren Mundu Gerran oso erabilia izan zen, gerra honetan gehien ekoitzitzako alemaniar tankea baitzen, guztira 8.500 unitate eraikiz.
Infanteriari babes emateko diseinatua, hasiera batez ez zen etsaien tankeri aurre egiteko helburuz erabili izan; funtzio hori Panzer III tankeak betetzen baitzuen. Halere, T-34 sobietar tankeari aurre egiteko Panzer III tankea zaharkitua gelditzean, Panzer IVak alemaniar tanke nagusiaren papera jokatzera igaro zen.
