Patchanka, Mano Negra taldearen estudioko lehen diskoa da. 1988an Boucherie diskoetxearekin kaleratua, urte horretan bertan Virgin Francek berrargitaratu zuen. Rolling Stone aldizkariaren frantsesezko edizioak Frantziako 100 rock disko onenen 32. postuan sailkatu zuen.[1]
Grabaketa eta jaurtiketa
Albumak "Mala Vida" (flamenkoaren kuttu handia), "Darling Darling", "Lonesome Bop", "Rock Island Line" eta "Indios de Barcelona" abestien bertsioak biltzen ditu.
Album hau oso harrera ona izan zuen. Musikalki gutxien hibridatzen den taldeko albuma da, gehienbat ingelesezko abestiekin, egun horietako banda frantsesek asko erabiltzen duten folk sentimenduarekin.
