Patricio Escobar Cáceres (San José de los Arroyos, 1843ko martxoaren 17a - Asunción, 1912ko apirilaren 19a) Paraguaiko politikari eta militarra izan zen, herrialdeko presidentea 1886-1890 bitartean.
Bizitza
Jeneral izendatu zuten, Aliantza Hirukoitzaren aurkako gerran (Argentina, Brasil, Uruguai, 1865-1870) erakutsi zuen ausardiagatik. Rivarolaren (1871) eta, geroago, Jovellanosen aurka matxinatu zen. Errepublikako lehendakaria izan zen 1886-1890 urteetan. Nekazaritzako Bankua eta Unibertsitatea sortu zituen. Alderdi biko sistema sendotu zuen Paraguain (liberalak eta errepublikanoak).
