Pedro de Altube Idigoras (1827ko apirilaren 27a - 1905eko abuztuaren 8a) euskal jatorriko estatubatuar abeltzaina izan zen, eta bere anai Bernardorekin batera, Nevadako ipar-mendebaldeko Spanish Ranch etxalde ezaguna sortu zuen. Pedro Altube eta bere anaia Bernardo Euskal Herritik Argentinara emigratu zuten eta handik, 1849an, Kaliforniako urrearen bila joan zen, eta dirutza txiki bat bildu zuen meatze-esparruetan ez ezik, ganadu eta esne-lanetan ere. Orduan Altube anaiek etxalde bat ezarri zuten Nevadako ipar-ekialdean — Independence Valley-n, Elko konderrian, Tuscaroratik gertu dagoen Spanish Ranch etxalde zabala eta oparoa.
Pedro bat-batean hil zen, ustekabean, garun-isuri baten ondorioz, 1905ean, eta familia-panteoian sartu zuten Colmako Santa Cruz hilerrian.
1960an, National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum-eko Hall of Great Westerners Aretoan sartu zuten "Father of Basques in America" gisa. [1]
