Pelagonia (antzinako grezieraz: Πελαγονíα edo Pelagonía; mazedonieraz: Пелагонија edo Pelagonija) Antzinako Greziako lurraldea zen. Ondoren, Mazedoniako Erresuman sartu zuten.
