Perisades V.a (grezieraz: Παιρισάδης) Perisades III.aren eta Kamasarie Filoteknosen semea izan zen. Bosforoko Erresumako Espartokotar leinuko azken erregea izan zen, eta K.a. 125etik 109 ingurura arte gobernatu zuen, bere anaia Perisades IV.a Filometor eszitiarren aurka hil ondoren. Bere heriotzarekin, amaiera iritsi zitzaion K.a. 438an bere arbaso Espartokos I.arekin hasi eta 3 mende baino gehiagoz Bosforoko Erresuma gobernatu zuen dinastiari. Bere oinordekoa Mitridates VI.a Pontokoa izan zen, Pontoko Erresumako agintari famatua.[1]
