Pinnekjøtt (hitzez hitz 'haragi-makila') Eguberrietako plater tradizionala da Norvegiako mendebaldean. Pinnekjøtt jaki ondua da, gazitua eta batzuetan lehortua, arkume-saiheski ketuak bezala. Horiek lurrunetan prestatzen dira, urki-adarren gainean, eta patatekin eta arbi-aza purearekin zerbitzatzen dira. Pinnekjøtt normalki garagardoarekin eta akvavitekin lagundu ohi da, baina ardo beltza hedatu zenetik, gero eta ohikoagoa da plater honekin edatea. Norvegiako mendebaldean bakarrik zerbitzatzen den arren ("Vestlandet"), pinnekjøtt ezaguna da herrialdeko beste leku batzuetan ere.
