Point Pedro, baita ere Paruthithurai (Tamil: பருத்தித்துறை; Sinhala: පේදුරු තුඩුව) Sri Lankako hiria da. Paruthithurai bertakoek ematen dioten izena da eta "kotoizko portua" esan nahi du. Jaffna barrutian dago, Iparraldeko probintzian. Uhartearen iparraldereneko lekua da. Hiri Kontseilu batek gobernatzen du. 31.351 biztanle ditu.
Point Pedroko ekialdeko kostaldeak ia 5 km zabal eta 30 km luze den hondartza bat osatzen du, 100 oin garai diren hareazko dunekin, Thalayadyraino hedatuz. Lur porotsuak lurpeko ur sakoneko deposito bat du, bilioi bat litro ur freskoko erreserba kalkulatu batekin.
Kotoia Indiako hegoaldera esportatzen du duela mende askotatik.
Hiria Tamil Askatasun Tigreen (LTTE) kontrolpean egon zen 1990eko lehen urteetan, Sri Lankako armadak 1995ean kontrola berreskuratu zuen arte.
2004ko tsunamiak hiriaren zati batzuk suntsitu zituen eta zati batzuk itsasoko urarekin urperatu zituen, 4 oineko sakoneraraino.
