Portaloia Arrasateko hirigunerako sarrera-ateetako bat da, behe aldean dagoena eta guztien artean garrantzitsuena. Bertatik Iturriotz kaleak, Erdiko kaleak eta Ferrerias kaleak bat egiten duten gunerako sarbidea dago.
