Deskribapena
Prionobythus kakalardoak txikiak dira (2 milimetro inguru), udare antzeko formakoak, distiratsuak, itsuak, eta hori-marroi kolorekoak.
Bizilekua
Genero honetako kakalardoak Aralarren eta Arbailan aurkitu izan dira: Prionobythus bolivari Martintxurito kobazuloan (Larraun, Nafarroa Garaia),[1] eta Prionobythus genesti Istaurdin (Altzürükü, Zuberoa).[2]
