Psilozina (4-hidroxi-N,N-dimetiltriptamina) psilozibinatik eratorritako alkaloide bat da, onddo haluzinogeno gehienetan dagoena. Propietate enteogenoak ditu. Uste da O-azetilpsilozina psilozina-profarmakoa dela.[1]

Albert Hofmann kimikari suitzarrak, Hans Tscherter laborategiko teknikariarekin batera, psilozina eta psilozibina isolatu zituen lehen aldiz Sandoz laborategietan, onddo haluzinogenoetatik abiatuta, 1959an.
