Quemchi Txileko Chiloé uhartean, Chiloe probintzian (Los Lagos eskualdea), kokatua dagoen komuna bat da. 2002ko erroldaren arabera komunak 8.689 biztanle ditu. 1882ko apirilaren 18an sortua izan zen Quenque izenarekin.
Quemchi Francisco Coloane idazlearen jaioterria da, hark "mila paisaien komunatzat" bataiatu zuen.
