Raf tomatea[1] (Solanum lycopersicum) tomatearen barietate handia da, marmande motakoa. Almeríako baratzetan sortua, Bere zapore eta testuragatik nabarmentzen da.[2]
Heirloom tomatearen espainiar barietatea da. Bere ezaugarri nagusiak giltzurrun-tankerako bere forma eta kolore eta tamaina ugari dira. Bereziki sentikorra da gaixotasunekiko, eta bizitza laburra du bildu ondoren.
Raf izenak Resistente al Fusarium siglei egiten die erreferentzia. Fusarium generoko onddoekiko erresistentzia hori bere ospearen arrazoietako bat izan zen. Rafa tomate tradizionalen hautespen artifizialk baten emaitza da, eta, beraz, ez da tomate hibrido bat.[3]
