Raymond Redvers Briggs (Wimbledon, Surrey, 1934ko urtarrilaren 18a - Brighton, 2022ko abuztuaren 9a) britainiar haur literaturako idazle eta ilustratzailea izan zen.
Ilustratzaile hasi zen eta berehala hasi zen haurrentzako liburuetan lanean. 1961etik 1986ra, Brightongo Arte Eskolako ilustrazio irakaslea izan zen.
