Richard Paul Buckler (Woking, 1955eko abenduaren 6a – ibidem, 2025eko otsailaren 17a) ingeles bateria-jotzailea izan zen, The Jam taldeko kide sortzailea.
1970eko hamarkadaren hasieran, Paul Weller eta Bruce Foxton ikaskideekin bat egin zuen The Jam taldea sortzeko. Taldea, The Clash, The Damned eta Sex Pistols punk rock taldeen garai berean sortu zen. Bucklerrek taldean segitu zuen, 1980ko hamarkadaren hasieran desegin zen arte.
