Rigatoni
Rigatoni tutu-formako pasta mota bat da, ildaskak dituena kanpoaldeko azalean. Zimurtasun horien helburua da saltsei eta zenbait plateri itsasteko azalera handiagoa eskaintzea. Pennea (luma moztea) eta zitia baino apur bat handiagoa da. Rigatoni delakoa pennetik eta zititik ezberdintzen da, ebakitako muturra ez baita diagonalki amaitzen.
