SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPasa-aktibatze proteina 2 (srGAP2), edo formina-lokailu proteina 2 (FNBP2), ugaztunen proteina bat da, SRGAP2 genea kodetzen duena[5][6]. Neuronen migrazioan eta diferentziazioan parte hartzen du[7] eta paper kritikoa du sinapsiaren garapenean[8], garunaren masan eta neurona kortikalen kopuruan[9]. srGAP2ren deserregulazioak zelula-zelua urruntzea inhibitzen du, eta zelula-zelua kontaktua indartzen du.

SRGAP2k dimeroa du F-BAR domeinuan. SRGAP2C, bertsio laburragoa dena lehen Homininietan eta gizakiengan aurkitzen dena, F-BAR domeinu bakarra du, ekintzaren antagonista dena. Neurona batzuen heltzea geldotzen du, eta bizkarrezurreko neuronen dentsitatea handitzen du[10]. SRGAP2 minbizi batzuen garapenarekin ere lotuta egon liteke[11].
