Sambo
Samboa[1] (errusieraz: Cамбо; САМозащита Без Оружия, translit.: SAMozashchita Bez Orúzhiya esaldiaren akronimoa; euskaraz: «armarik gabeko defentsa pertsonala») borroka-kirola eta defentsa pertsonaleko sistema bat da. Sobietar Batasunean garatua: sambo-borroka izeneko aldaera bat du. 1938an SESB osoko Kirol Batzordeak kirol nazionaltzat onartu zuen. Sustraiak borroka libreko estilo tradizionaletan ditu, hala nola judoa, savatea, jiu jitsua, boxeoa, tartariar kuraxa, mongoliar borroka, pankrationa eta borroka libre olinpikoa.
United World Wrestling erakundearen arabera, egun gehien praktikatzen diren borroka libre lehiakorren lau modu nagusietako bat da: beste hirurak borroka greko-erromatarra, borroka libre olinpikoa eta judoa dira.
