Se...kara, Egiptoko XIII. dinastiako faraoi bat izan zen, K. a. 1640 inguruan gobernatu zuena.
Bere izenaren zati bat, Se...kara, Turineko Errege Kanonean idatzita dago, VII.16 erregistroan. Bere agintaldiaren iraupena jartzen zuen papiro zatia galdu egin zen. Bere aurretik, "Uebenra Hor" edo Hor III.a, eta, bere ondoren "...enra" edo Sonebmiyu ditu. Bere semeak, Suahenra Sonebmiyu (Sonebmiyu), Minemaes eta Sit...(?) izan litezke.
Egiptoko XIII. dinastiako azken agintariek, soilik Tebasetik gertuko tokietan gobernatu zuten, Goi Egipton.
Garai honetan, ohi hikso deituriko erregeek, Egiptoko XV. dinastiakoak zirenak, Menfis konkistatu zuten eta Behe Egipto domeinatzen zuten, ia Egipto guztiko biztanleak zergari bihurtuz.
