Secutor
Secutorra (pluralean secutores), Antzinako Erromako gladiatore mota bat zen. Erromatar jokoetan parte hartzen zuten gladiatore motetatik, gauza gutxien zeramatzana zen.
Bere armak honako hauek ziren:
- Ezpata bat (gladiuma) edo sastakai bat (pugio).
- Laukiluze formako ezkutu txiki bat.
- Kasko esferiko bat.
Secutorea (jazartzailea), mirmiloiaren antzera armatua zegoen.
Uste denez, K.a. 50 inguruan agertuko zen gladiatore mota hau. Secutorea, bereziki prestatua zegoen reziarioaren aurka borrokatzeko, sare bat eta hiruhortz batekin armatutako gladiatore mota bat.
Ekipamendu urriak, borrokan azkar mugitzea ahalbidetzen zien.
