Seman, baita ere Semeni eta Semani, Albania mendebaldeko kostaldeko ibaia da. 84 km luzera du. Beste bi ibaien loturatik sortzen da: Osum (161 km) eta Devoll (196 km). Haren arroa 5649 km² km² ditu.[1] Iturri klasikoetan, hegoaldeko Iliriako ibai honi Apso deitzen zitzaion.
Ezaugarriak
Albaniako mendebaldeko ibai bat da. Mazedoniako mugatik gertu sortzen da, Kuçovëtik iparmendebaldean. Mendebalderantz doa, Fier-Shegan eta Mbrostarren barrena (Fierretik gertu). Adriatikoan itsasoratzen da, Topojëtik gertu, Apoloniaren iparraldean, Divjakë-Karavasta Parke Nazionaletik gertu.
