Josef Emanuel Hubertus "Sepp" Piontek (Breslau, 1940ko martxoaren 5a – 2026ko otsailaren 18a) alemaniar futbolari eta futbol entrenatzailea izan zen.
Bere ibilbidea VfL Germania Leer taldean hasi ondoren, 1960tik 1972ra bitartean 278 partida jokatu zituen Werder Bremenen. Gainera, sei partida jokatu zituen Alemaniako futbol selekzio nazionalarekin.
Werder Bremen, Fortuna Düsseldorf eta FC St. Pauli taldeak eta Haitiko selekzioa entrenatu ondoren, 1979an Danimarkako hautatzaile bihurtu zen. Danimarkako taldea 115 partidatan zuzendu zuen 1990 arte.
