Sisowath (khmereraz: ស៊ីសុវត្ថិ, Banteay Meanchey probintzia, 1840ko irailaren 7a – Phnom Penh, 1927ko abuztuaren 7a) Kanbodiako erregea izan zen 1904tik hil zen arte.
Ang Duong erregearen semea eta Norodom erregearen anaia izan zen. Sisowath jaio zenean, Kanbodia Siam eta Vietnamen mende zegoen. Sisowath bere anaia Norodomekin batera Bangkoken hezi zen eta 1860an Kanbodiara itzuli zen bere aita hil zenean. Norodomen tronurako sarbidea babestu zuen, baina frantsesek Kanputxea menderatzeko eta protektoratua deklaratzeko aprobetxatu zuten matxinada bat gertatu zen.
Errege Kontseiluak Sisowath errege izendatu zuen 1904an, Norodom hil ondoren. Hil zen arte izan zen errege, Frantziako agintari kolonialekin lankidetzan.
