Sumi-e edo suiboku (japonieraz 墨絵; "水墨画;", 'suibokuga'? ere bai), japoniar margolaritzako teknika bat da, tinta beltzezko urkolore monokromatikoa. Txinan garatu zen Tang dinastiaren garaian (618-907), eta estilo bezala ezarri zen Song dinastiarekin (960-1279). Japonian, XIV. mendean sartu zuten zen budismoko monjeek, eta geroz eta ospetsuago egin zen Muromachi garaian, (1338-1573).
