Swithelm edo Swithhelm Essexeko erregea izan zen 660tik 664ra.
Swithelmek Sigeberto II.a erregea ordezkatu zuen, bere anaia Swithfrith-ekin batera hau hil ondoren. Kristauekiko gehiegi adiskidetsua izatea leporatu zioten. Hala ere, 662an, Ekialdeko Angliako errege Etelbaldok konbertitzera konbentzitu zuen. 664an hil ondoren, bere lehengusuak, Sighere eta Sebbi, izan ziren haren ondorengoak.[1]
