Topoisomerasa 2 beta (TOP2B) TOP2B geneak gizakietan kodetutako proteina bat da.[5][6]
Gene horrek DNAren topoisomerasa bat kodetzen du, transkripzio genetikoan DNAren egoera topolologikoak kontrolatzen eta aldatzen dituen entzima. Entzima nuklear bat da, kromosomaren kondentsazioa, kromatiden bereizketa eta DNA transkrizioan eta erreplikazioan tortsio-tentsioa askatzea bezalako prozesuetan inplikatua dagoena.
