Tall Halaf[1] (arabieraz: تل حلف; kurdueraz: Til Xelef) ipar-ekialdeko Siriako Al-Hasakah eskualdean, turkiar mugatik gertu eta Ceylanpınar hiriaren aurrean, dagoen aztarnategi arkeologikoa da. Lehen Neolitoaren aztarnak eman zituen eta garai hartako aztarna multzoari Halaf kulturari izena eman zitzaion, bere zeramika geometrikoa ezaugarri nagusia zuena.[2]
Milaka urte geroago, Burdin Aroan, Guzana edo Gozan izeneko aramear hiri-estatuaren kokapena izan zen.[3] Siriako Gerra Zibilean Herri Babesaren Unitateak gerrilla kurduak okupatu zuen.
